electric-opening autoclave

Electric-opening autoclave is designed by ZG Boiler to solve the difficult in door-opening, through a further R&D, we developed a high efficient autoclave 

equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The cover and body 

adopt Q345R steel plates specially for pressure vessel; the flanges use 16Mn 

steel materials to forge. The swing position adopts electric drive pusher to 

make the autoclave cover swing up and down.

Application:

The electric-opening autoclave for sale can be widely used in rubber products, wood drying 

and corrosion prevention, insulation materials, cement pipe pile, aerated 

bricks, heavy metal smelting, glass laminating, etc for high pressure 

steaming.
